Families across Pinellas and Pasco Counties deserve a judge who is fair, prepared, and grounded in the community he serves.
Stefen Diskey has spent his legal career serving the people of Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit with integrity, respect, and a steady commitment to justice. From his first day as an Assistant State Attorney to his current role as a Lead Trial Attorney, Stefen has handled cases at every level, from misdemeanors to capital felony offenses.
His work has included a significant focus on prosecuting crimes involving the abuse of children and the elderly. Today, he supervises a team of prosecutors and helps oversee more than 1,000 active cases. That experience has given him a clear understanding of what is at stake in every courtroom: the safety of victims, the rights of defendants, and the trust of the community.
Public service is part of Stefen’s foundation. Born and raised in Pasco County, he grew up watching his father serve this community for more than four decades as a prosecutor, defense attorney, and Circuit Court Judge. That example shaped Stefen’s belief that the law must be applied with fairness, humility, and respect for every person who enters the courtroom.
Stefen earned his undergraduate degree from St. Petersburg College and his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a husband, father of three, and lifelong member of the community he is proud to call home.
Rooted in service, experienced in the courtroom, and committed to fairness, Stefen Diskey is ready to serve on the bench.
